The Little Rock Winds is privileged to have a positive relationship with high school band programs in Arkansas. For every masterworks and Christmas concert, high school band students serve as ushers, welcoming our patrons, distributing programs, and managing the doors. They bring a youthful energy to each performance and play a large part in the success of performances and the overall concert experience for our audience.
High School Band Programs are invited to be represented at our concerts by volunteering 4-6 band students to serve as ushers. This opportunity provides exposure for the school band program, includes the band’s bio in the concert program, and allows the students to enjoy and be part of a LR Winds concert. This is a great way of promoting the wonderful band programs in Arkansas.
